TRAINING: Navigating the skills gap 

Invite team members from your organization who manage Training & Development 

Training in a manufacturing facility is crucial for retaining employees. It enhances skill development, fosters employee engagement, provides career advancement opportunities, enables adaptability to change, improves satisfaction and morale, and reduces turnover costs. By investing in training, manufacturing facilities can create a positive work environment that encourages employees to stay, grow, and contribute their best to the organization's success.

During this monthly meeting, we will have a panel discussion about training best practices that have proven successful, or unsuccessful, that you can use (or avoid) in your manufacturing facility.  

Following the panel discussion, we will tour the Bunting Magnetics Customer Experience Center!  Thank you Bob Bunting and the Bunting Magnetics team for opening their doors for us.
